Leading Leaders
Develop the capability to lead other leaders, promoting talent development, strategic alignment and a high-performance culture.
Why take this programme
Taking on the responsibility of leading other leaders is one of the most challenging leaps in a professional career. It requires not only previous leadership experience, but also a new perspective: moving from operational focus to strategic vision, developing talent, fostering autonomy and shaping organisational culture. Without this maturity, team performance often weakens and promising leaders fail to reach their full potential.
Strengthen the performance of leaders who manage other leaders, offering practical tools, strategic insights and essential skills to guide, align and maximise the performance of your organisation's intermediate leadership.

Everything about the certification
How are the 36 certified hours distributed in each programme?
Each programme features 36 certified hours completed entirely within the 3-week cohort period: 12 hours of live online theoretical content (8 modules); 12 hours of structured practical activities applied to real workplace challenges, with submission and instructor feedback; and 12 hours of leadership assessments on the Upskill platform, with self-evaluation, diagnostic analysis and an individual development plan (IDP).
How does assessment work and what are the approval criteria?
The programme combines continuous evaluation per module (mandatory practical exercises for each of the 8 modules) and a comprehensive final assessment covering conceptual understanding and practical application. To pass and receive certification, participants must achieve a minimum of 75% on the final assessment and at least 75% attendance in live sessions.
What documentation is issued upon programme completion?
Upon successful completion, participants receive: (1) A digital certificate of completion with 36 certified hours, completion period and detailed competencies (LinkedIn-compatible); (2) A formal completion report recording grades, attendance and approval; and (3) An educational service invoice in the participant's name with a single tuition value per programme.
How do the post-certification supervised application sessions work?
Included in the programme investment, participants receive 4 individual 60-minute sessions dedicated to transferring certified competencies into their workplace reality. These sessions are scheduled according to the participant's availability across the 6 months following completion and do not form part of the 36-hour certified workload.
What is the tuition investment and how does reimbursement work?
Tuition is US$ 5,000 per programme (or US$ 10,000 for the two sequential programmes, providing 72 certified hours and 16 modules). A single tuition invoice is issued for corporate reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your organisation's policy and is generally treated as taxable income under local regulations.
Who are the faculty experts and in which languages are programmes delivered?
Upskill has a certified network of over 200 executive mentors with extensive international corporate experience, serving leaders across Brazil, Latin America and the United States. Programmes are available in English, Portuguese and Spanish. For institutional enquiries, please contact contato@upskillplatform.com.
