By accessing and using the Upskill Platform institutional website ("Site"), operated by UPSKILL LTDA. (CNPJ 47.520.593/0001-80), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of the terms, we recommend that you do not use the Site.

2. Purpose

The Site has an institutional purpose: to present Upskill's methodology, leadership mentoring programs, mentors and contact channels. It is not a transactional environment — contracting any solution is formalized in a specific agreement, separate from these Terms.

3. Use of the site

You agree to use the Site lawfully, without violating third-party rights and without attempting to compromise its security or availability — including, but not limited to, unauthorized access attempts, sending malicious content through the forms, or using bots to extract content at scale.

4. Intellectual property

Texts, trademarks, logos, methodology, images and other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to Upskill, and are protected by applicable intellectual property legislation. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of this content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

5. Contact and booking forms

By filling out the contact or diagnostic booking forms, you declare that the information provided (name, corporate e-mail, company and mobile phone) is true. The processing of this data follows our Privacy Policy.

6. Links to third-party sites

The Site may contain links to third-party sites and services — such as social networks and Upskill's podcast. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of these third parties.

7. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep information up to date and the service available, but we do not guarantee the absence of errors, interruptions, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upskill is not liable for indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the Site.

We may change these Terms of Use periodically, to reflect changes to the Site or to legal obligations. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date indicated above.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the district of Campinas/SP are elected to settle any disputes, except where otherwise required by law.
