Upskill’s Leadership Mentoring Programs are contracted as a subscription, where each leader gets the plan best suited to their seniority level and individual development plan. Every plan combines the method’s two mentors: the human mentor, in 1:1 sessions, and mentorIA, 24/7 between them — at the right pace for each level.

Hybrid
for Emerging Leaders
- Profile and skill-gap diagnostic
- Behavioural leadership mentoring with a human mentor (30 minutes) - 1 session every 2 months
- Group mentoring with specialists - every 2 months (minimum of 10 leaders)
