Behavioural science applied to leadership
Our mentoring is based on behavioural science and neuroscience to produce effective, lasting transformation, built over more than 20 years of practice, not theory.
How we produce lasting transformation
Skill-building journey
We map the leadership skill gaps, identifying which skills need to be developed and in what order of priority.
Practical approach
The tools go beyond theory: they promote active learning, with insights aligned to the mentee’s experience and immediate application.
Dialogue and reflection on behaviour
We prompt deep reflection on habits, mindsets and behaviours that can hurt performance and the team’s well-being.
Power skills missions
At every session, a mission for the mentee to apply what they learned in day-to-day work, solidifying the skill being developed.
Expertise with leaders
In group mentoring, we encourage the exchange of perspectives and know-how among members of the same company, driving mutual growth.
Why traditional training isn’t enough
Traditional models concentrate learning into a single moment. Without personalisation or follow-up to apply what was learned, the knowledge — and the investment — is lost.
A single moment of learning, with no personalisation or follow-up. At the first challenge in applying what they learned, the leader has no one to turn to and gives up — the knowledge is wasted. That’s what training transfer data shows: practical application drops from 62% right after the course to 34% a year later (Saks & Belcourt, Human Resource Management, 2006).
Personalization and follow-up on implementation create reinforcement points — revisiting the content and applying the learning day to day. With each reinforcement, forgetting decreases and may not even happen, truly changing behaviour, and much faster.
The right mentor for each leader
Communication flows better when mentor and mentee have similar profiles, with different levels of experience in what they want to develop. Mentor Match combines algorithm and human curation in two phases.
Algorithm selection
A platform algorithm identifies and selects the mentor best suited to each leader in the development programs.
Human curation
An experienced specialist makes the final curation, validating or adjusting the automated selection and speeding up the qualification.
