Our story

For more than 20 years we've mentored executives and entrepreneurs on leadership. We realised it wasn't enough to develop senior leadership — we needed to scale the preparation of middle management, with the same depth.

That's how Upskill Platform was born: combining two decades of mentoring know-how with technology and measurement. We structured individual experience into a replicable methodology, grounded in 6 proprietary books, and created mentorIA, updated weekly by the mentor collegiate's practice.

Today we serve companies in Brazil, Portugal and Central America, with the capacity to operate in any Portuguese- or Spanish-speaking country, enabled by our network of certified mentors and by mentorIA, available 24 hours a day.
