Ricardo Poli
Ricardo is an entrepreneur and mentor with over 20 years of experience in people management and power skills, graduating in 2001 from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná. Since 2004 he has directed his own personal development and training centre in Curitiba, which has already served more than 1,000 students and has operated in hybrid format since 2008. He has delivered courses and training programmes in various states across Brazil and in countries such as Argentina, Portugal, Spain, Italy and the United States.

He was a member of the administrative board of a network of personal development schools between 2013 and 2020, presiding over the state federation of this network in Paraná since 2016. Since 2017, he has worked as an auditor, verifying the quality and operation of other personal development schools in Brazil and other countries.
