Heloiza has worked for 32 years with human development, as an entrepreneur and CEO of a school of human development and mentor for leaders. Holder of a degree in Letters and Education, with an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Pitágoras, she dedicates herself to developing more humanised leadership, aligned with personal and organisational purpose, without losing sight of the balance between personal and professional life.
